Not long ago I had a long list of unfortunate events. I was in car accidents that left permanent injuries, I lost 8 family members in less than 3 years, and I went through a number of career struggles and even collapsed my own business. I have been there. Frequently. But I came out on the other end stronger and more confident than ever… and I’ll help you get there too!

In my six step program, we will go through an entire transformation together. In step one, we’ll learn about how to accept not only the present situation but your past as well allowing you to find peace about everything that has brought you to where you are and built who you are today.

In step two, we’ll give in and give up. You’ll give into your emotions and give up the things holding you back and literally burn those regrets so you can feel that clean slate and feel a sense of freedom from the past. You can’t rise up if you’re being held down. Let’s let it go.

In step three, we’ll break down and dissect what about you and your life is positive and negative. What do you love about your life? What would you change? Have you developed any coping mechanisms during your hardship? We’ll celebrate the pros and we’ll make a list of cons so we can identify the sources of unhappiness and imbalance. Identifying them is the first step towards improving them!

Step four is about creating a new foundation.  In this step, we’ll rekindle your spirituality, correct any dietary issues, and practice some self-care techniques which will create the cornerstones of this new you.

In step five you’ll ignite your passions and explore your interests that allow you to express yourself as you are. We’ll also look at what your future goals are so you can maintain momentum and see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.

And finally, in this last step, you will learn to embrace this new you! We’ll set milestone markers together so you can continue to develop into the person you are now on the path to be. You’ve been through the fire, been burnt, now rise and soar with purpose and conviction!
